Worst Hotel I have ever stayed. Hotel is located in good location. That's only advantage. & rooms are dirty. Dirty Linen Given. We had rooms booked on triple occupancy only 2 towels given. Problem is even after repeating & requesting again problem was not resolved. We had ordered the food 30 min before that's also as per request of hotel staff, but still we had to wait for more 30 min. Rice was served without spoon. When asked staff said you can take it by your used spoon. we also had ro replaced our Veg Sabji.. There was much delay in all the food items. In Morning there was no hot water.. Again there was no use of requesting & complaining.. We have waited for almost 1.5 hr & then taken a bath with cold water. The breakfast was good but again there delay in service. Staff was very casual of handling the issues.. They were taking the things very casually. I will surely not recommend this hotel to anyone .

Best services of food and house keeping... Manager behavior was good.. Staff supported us well. No issues we have faced with the hotel.. Taste of food was excellent.. Thanks to the Bella Vista team for making our experience so special

We stayed bell vista resort for 2 nights September 2019 and we found our stay overall satisfactory. Hotel is located in misty mountains surrounded by greenery everywhere. Rooms we stayed were spacious and clean. Every room has balcony and provides nice panoramic view of surrounding lush green mountains. We ordered food in room for most of our stay as there arent any option available nearby but food was good in restaurant. Room service was also good considering there is no lift and our cottages were located pretty upside we needed to climb some stairs. Break fast was average though,but considering the price we paid we found bella vista resort value for money.

This is a nice place to stay and fun. Its inside hill and jungle. Service was very good. Breakfast also very nice🤤🤤🤤 We enjoyed a lot there. We enjoyed campfire with DJ. Nice place to view the nature of Munnar .
